We Purchase...
We Restore...

We work with several corvette restoration services to assess and restore the Corvettes and make them road warriors again. Our skilled technicians restore each Corvette to its original glory - or if it's a numbers NOT MATCHING or significantly damaged vehicle, we will complete an advanced restoration service also known as a RESTOMOD. All refurbishment is completed to meet the owners cost requirements and/or specific quality standards.

We Honor...

We want to get to know, past and present Corvette owners and capture their story by documenting it on this website. We want to write that story, capture in pictures of family and friends as it relates to the Corvette and maintain the heritage and history for future owners to share and keep all previous owners legacies alive!

About the Vetteguy...

BACKGROUND

Chad Walton is the AlabamaVetteGuy! I am a Christian man and proud father of 3 kids (Chase, Suzy and Lindsay). I was introduced to my first Corvette at 5 years of age when my Cousin Rob brought home a BRAND NEW 1968 BIG BLOCK Stingray - Lemans Blue! Wow! All my family and neighbors crowded around the car in amazement. This new style car looked like it was born on a race track with sleek lines, high fenders, fat tires, and a roaring engine that sounded like a FIGHTER JET! All of us gawked in amazement at this cool car. Rob took my brother and I out in the Vette and on the slick rain soaked road he spun it 360 degrees after launching it from a stop sign leaving the neighborhood. My first thought was that "I couldn't believe a car can spin around like this and then keep on going!". I was hooked!

FIRST CORVETTE

Fast forward to 2006 when I got a new job, moved and had a little left over cash to purchase my first corvette. A 2001 Navy Blue Metallic 350 Hp LT1 Corvette. I worked for General Motors as a Project Manager and one of my coworkers (Emanuel Morris) sold me his corvette since he was preparing to move to Shanghai for a new assignment within General Motors. I only had the car for about 2 years after realizing that a second car was a luxury that I couldn't afford while supporting 3 kids. Fast forward to 2023 when I sold some real estate and purchased my 2023 LT2 Z51 BLACK ON BLACK Corvette. This car has allowed me to enjoy track days at Barber Motor sports, Road Atlanta and NCM motor sports park.

FIRST RESTORATION

In early 2022 I purchased a 1992 Corvette from a friend of my wifes (Robin Hopper) who reached out to us when her father passed away. I have recently purchased a second one - a 1967 327 300Hp Corvette Sting Ray. This is my project car. .com is dedicated to honoring Corvette owners and advancing the Corvette legacy. We believe that every Corvette owner has a story, and we are committed to preserving those stories and honoring the owners by writing that story and honoring their legacy.
